Odyssey // Return Of The Boom Bap

Return of the Boom Bap is an 8.5% DIPA by Odyssey Brew Co.  Straw coloured with an aroma that immediately speaks of citrus particularly oranges, grapefruit with papaya lurking in the background.  Mouthfeel is medium full with great drinkability and more grapefruit, lime and papaya.  Mouth hugging hoppiness with pleasant but firm bittnerness. Mosaic, Simcoe, Azzaca, Cryo Columbus, Cryo Chinook, Cryo Ekuanot.
