Northern Monk // Don’t Mess with Yorkshire West Yorks DIPA

In true northern style we’ve brewed an old school, no messing, west coast double IPA. Packed with some of the classic US ‘C’ hops plus the headlining Simcoe variety, this is a resinous sticky IPA with punchy notes of citrus pith and dank pine, backed up by smooth caramel notes and a punchy upfront bitterness.
